Mr. Gajanan Sampatrao Kale, Chief Executive Officer of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited, has more than 28 years of experience in the T&D sector. A post-graduate in electrical engineering graduate(Power Systems) and an MBA(Finance), Mr Kale has worked in several utilities such as BHEL Bhopal, Central Railway Nagpur, Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB), Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL), The Tata Power Company Ltd, Mumbai (TPCL) and TP Ajmer distribution Ltd (Tata Power Company).

Prior to joining as CEO, TPDDL, Mr Kale held the position of CEO, Tata Power Western Odisha Distribution Limited. His core areas of expertise include Aggregate Technical & Commercial (AT&C) Loss Reduction & Customer delight with emphasis on managing the change of Govt to private, managing people (transferred Govt employee, private employees, stakeholders & vendor’s employees), process improvement, network improvement, Strategic business growth and developing contacts with different stakeholders.
