Mr. Garg is an Electrical Graduate from Jabalpur Engineering College, Madhya Pradesh with more than 32 years of experience in the field of power sector with both Government sector and Private Sector utilities. At present he is working with TATA Power Delhi Distribution since Dec 2004. Prior to that he has worked with Rajasthan Electricity Board where he was responsible for EHV Transmission lines and Grids project activities. With TATA Power Delhi Distribution he started his career as Grid Manager where he has handled Grid and contributed towards unmanning of Grids and making them fully automated. Then he was moved to Commercial Function where during his tenure of 7 years he has handled Meter Management Group, Connection Management Group, Revenue Recover and Revenue Collection Group along with Special Consumer Group.

In May’15 he was entrusted with responsibility of Business Development as the Head of the Business Development Project implementation. Where he is dealing with 18 Distribution Companies, majorly Government utilities and handling 26 Projects. Major roles and responsibilities under this profile includes Project Monitoring, accomplishment of Project Deliverables on time, resolving issues pertaining to project implementation, Client Management and taking Project reviews on fortnight basis.

In February 2019, with an additional responsibility of Corporate Street light group, under his leadership, team executed prestigious project of NDMC streetlight which has won many accolades at state and national level. In May 2020, with his existing assignments, he was delegated the responsibility of Contracts and Stores department which caters to the company wide material requirement.
